Reply: The rainy conditions caused the ramp to be very slippery. I apologize for my helper slipping which led to a box falling from the dolly. I wasn't notified of any damages to try and rectify the problem.

Reply: Previous job ran long and cust. was notified. Had extra help at no charge and it took 1 hour. Sofa was 100% wrapped and received absolutely no damage. It simply didn't fit through one of the doorways.
